About a three-minute walk west of Kobe Station, Seimen-Oh is a ramen shop built around house-made noodles. Alongside tonkotsu and shoyu ramen, the menu includes plenty of Chinese and Sichuan-style dishes such as Sichuan tantanmen, hot-and-sour noodles and Hong Kong-style lo mein, with thin or thick noodles available for some bowls. Reviews often mention tonkotsu ramen with fried rice sets and the tantanmen. Spicy bean sprouts and zha cai also come up as palate cleansers. With gyoza and mapo tofu on the menu too, it works well when you want more than just a bowl of noodles.
