About a three-minute walk from Kobe Station, Bar Kokoya is a casual night-time wine bar where drinks can easily turn into a few plates of food. A review from April 2026 describes stopping in for just one drink after dinner, then ordering marinated eggplant after seeing the menu. Earlier reviews also mention dishes and drinks such as prosciutto, quiche, risotto, caponata and sangria. With around 28 seats rather than just a small counter, it works both as a second stop for wine and as a place to settle in with several dishes.
