豚骨ラーメン かっちゃん
About a two-minute walk from Kobe Station, Tonkotsu Ramen Kacchan opened in summer 2025 and, as the name suggests, centers on pork-bone ramen. Reviews often describe the soup as lighter and easier to drink rather than especially heavy or rich. The ramen is served with thin noodles and toppings such as chashu, wood-ear mushrooms and green onion, and some diners add the tabletop takana pickles partway through. The menu also includes shoyu, curry and tomato ramen, plus sets with fried rice or a meat rice bowl. Counter seating makes it easy to stop in alone for lunch or for a bowl after drinks.
First time? Start here: Try the tonkotsu broth first, then add a little of the tabletop takana pickles partway through for a change of flavor. Fried rice or meat-bowl sets are options when you're extra hungry.
